| Custom Printing |
| - A
sheet is one piece of paper cut to the size of the book. |
| - A
page is one side of a sheet. |
|
- A $25.00 setup fee will be charged per page. |
| - The cost of
printing, punching and collating the sheet into the book is .05 |
|
per sheet printed on one side and .095 per sheet printed on both sides. |
|
- Artwork must be in Adobe or Quark format. Converting from other formats |
|
to Adobe or Quark will be billed at $40.00 per hour. |
|

| Custom Colors whether
it be the Cover, the Leatherette Tabs or the Foil Color. |
|
- Large volume order quantities required. |
|
| Custom Foil Stamping |
|
- A $36.00 fee will be charged for
each die up to 9 square inches. |
| - Additional
charges will apply for dies larger than 9 square inches. |
| - The die
charge is a one time charge. Your die will be kept on file. |
|
- Standard foil colors are gold, silver, black and white. |
|
- Other foil colors are available for large orders. Please inquire. |
|
- A .10 per cover stamping fee will be charged for each cover. |
